Responsibilities
Coach, build, train, and lead a team of Store Managers
Drive sales and own your region’s sales goals and operations standards
Review performance and analyze trends
Celebrate wins and build a fun, driven culture
Oversee hiring, training, and compliance
Stay on top of communications and act on 'hot items' fast
Make sure every store is staffed
Stay on top of scheduling and daily needs
Travel between markets and keep things moving
Qualification
Required
1+ year of multi-unit management experience (retail wireless preferred)
Solid customer service or sales background
Willingness to relocate if needed
High performance in key sales + ops metrics
Hands-on leadership with a drive for results
Tech-savvy, problem-solver, and people motivator
Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
