Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the business and technology groups as part of the Policy Product team
Lead all aspects of high-level analysis of the current system state, system development goals, business, and end-user needs
Elicit and document requirements and make recommendations for legacy and transformative projects and platforms
Guide teams through analyzing business processes, identifying needs, reviewing technology systems, and evaluating costs and benefits to ensure IT solutions support business objectives

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, business discipline or related field of study and a minimum 6 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
In lieu of the above, a minimum of 8 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience

Preferred

Solid understanding of risk-based and low-level testing principles and familiarity with automation testing
Proven experience as a liaison to business stakeholders in the creation of Business Requirements artifacts that support the Development Life Cycle
Demonstrated ability to understand Agile and Scrum concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, SharePoint, Jira/AZDO, and Lean principles
Experience with RDBMS, SQL, and DevOps concepts
