Responsibilities
Drive technical decisions across large, full-stack systems
Lead by doing, contributing hands-on to critical architecture and delivery
Influence multiple engineering teams through technical leadership
Design and build scalable, high-quality systems in a modern JS stack
Mentor senior engineers and raise the overall technical bar
Partner cross-functionally to improve product and engineering outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience
Deep experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Background in hyper-growth or high-scale product environments
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously
Experience influencing architecture and standards across teams
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
You must have the full Right to Work in the US to be considered
