Responsibilities
Develop overall case strategy and manage complex civil litigation matters
Serve as lead associate on high-value disputes involving data privacy, financial services, and regulatory defense
Draft and argue motions to dismiss, dispositive motions, and key briefs
Oversee large-scale discovery and e-discovery projects
Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and expert coordination
Participate in oral arguments and hearings
Manage client relationships and provide regular strategic updates
Supervise junior attorneys and coordinate cross-functional litigation teams
Proactively manage deadlines, budgets, and litigation risk
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney
Significant background in complex civil or commercial litigation
Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
Experience managing large dockets and multi-phase litigation
Admission to practice and Bar required in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Excellent analytical thinking and case management ability
Preferred
Experience with data privacy or cybersecurity litigation
Financial services or regulatory defense experience
White collar investigations exposure
