Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the enterprise project management function, including standards, governance, and delivery frameworks
Manage a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across multiple business units
Translate enterprise strategy into executable project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
Establish and monitor KPIs related to delivery performance, risk, cost, and quality
Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and program leaders
Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio health, progress, and outcomes

Required

12+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery leadership
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Experience managing portfolios across technology, operations, or transformation initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP/PGM certification preferred
Strong financial, planning, and risk-management acumen
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
Results-driven leader with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Excellent communicator with executive presence
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Collaborative leader who builds accountability and trust across teams
Adaptable and resilient in fast-moving, high-expectation environments

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on delivery strategy and execution risk
Support enterprise planning, transformation initiatives, and organizational scaling efforts
Provide insights that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and capacity planning
