Account Development Executive (Field Sales)

Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour driving distance
Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and guide businesses through the application process
Qualify prospective businesses and maintain activity records in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learn sessions and townhall meetings
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
1+ years in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door
Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
Sales, account management, customer service, and recruiting experience
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily
