Responsibilities
Building Relationships : You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time
Managing Your Service Route : You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections
Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs
Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer
Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines
Safety First : You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
