Responsibilities

Negotiate favorable contract terms, collaborating with the legal team as necessary
Resolve invoice discrepancies and address procurement-related issues
Partner with Procurement Analysts to align procurement strategies with organizational goals
Drive cost savings and implement process improvements
Promote policy compliance and educate stakeholders on procurement processes and risk management
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure proper classification, onboarding, and compliance of external workers

Required

Expertise in procurement, stakeholder management, and vendor management
Proficiency in contract negotiation

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement within a multi-million dollar organization
2 years of experience in negotiating contracts
2+ years of experience in driving cost savings
2+ years of experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs
Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar
