Responsibilities
Provide overall project management for assigned municipal and water resources engineering projects
Lead and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality, including monitoring utilization and financial performance
Review and prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
Coordinate and lead interactions with contractors, including interpretation of designs and specifications
Conduct project site visits during various stages of construction to observe progress, quality, and compliance
Maintain ongoing client communication during and after project completion
Attend and participate in meetings with agencies and municipalities related to permit review and approvals, including PENNDOT where applicable
Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure successful project outcomes and appropriate workload distribution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil, municipal, and water resources engineering
Client-focused leader and team player, possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc
Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
Valid US Driver's License is required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Preferred
Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license preferred
Demonstrated experience in municipal representation, stormwater management, roads, utilities, construction administration, ordinance and plan review, environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA), PennDOT permits, grant applications, project presentations, specification writing, and meeting facilitation preferred
