Responsibilities
Serves as primary lead for the development of industry-wide reports and scorecards of category, channel and geography-centric performance trends for key commercial and sales constituents
Collaborates across disciplines and departments (Sales Team, Category Space Team, RGM) to develop information-based presentations to assist with solving business issues to identify opportunities and provide solutions and recommendations
Assess market conditions, category conditions and shopper behavior and recommends strategies to meet and exceed company performance objectives
Collaborates with channel and customer commercialization leads to review the impact of strategies and initiatives on the overall performance at the category, channel and geographic levels
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years of experience with data analytics, preferably with a CPG Company
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Strong presentation and communication abilities with both external (customers) and internal partners
Proven knowledge of and experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and shopper card data
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred
Four Year Degree in Marketing, Finance or General Business
