Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on building management systems (EPMS) and critical infrastructure equipment
Execute chiller, chilled water pump, and CRAH system procedures during system downtimes to ensure operational continuity
Utilize supplier-provided Windows 11 laptops to document and manage maintenance activities
Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE requirements such as composite/steel-reinforced boots, and follow MOPs for various systems
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing facility operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, controls, or mechanical systems within high-availability environments such as data centers or manufacturing facilities
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience with building management systems (EPMS) and familiarity with chiller and water pump procedures
Must hold OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification
Preferred
