Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including technology accounts
Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training provided if necessary)
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management
Personable and customer-focused
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Desire for professional growth
Ability to work effectively in a drama-free, supportive environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with technology accounts and familiarity with E&O and D&O coverage is highly desirable
