Responsibilities
Perform oil and gas title examinations and analysis
Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, and related instruments
Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries
Resolve title defects and ownership issues
Work independently in a remote environment while meeting billable goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of title work experience
Direct title experience in one or more of the following: Bakken, Uintah Basin, Powder River Basin, Green River Formation
OR substantial oil & gas title experience in: Colorado, Wyoming, Utah
Candidates must have title experience in these areas to be considered
Preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Strong knowledge of oil & gas title standards in the listed basins/states
Reliable, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
