This role involves providing customized facials and skincare treatments, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on skincare routines.

Responsibilities
Provide customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate clients on skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Qualification
Required
Licensed aesthetician (required)
Strong communication and customer care skills
Passion for skincare and continued learning
Preferred
Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate
