1st Party Property, CGL and Liability Coverage
Coverage litigation in state and federal court
Duty to defense and indemnify
Qualification
Required
10+ years' Senior Attorney experience
Heavy experience in Insurance Coverage matters
Strong interpersonal skills to navigate communication with Fortune 500 clients
Exceptional writing skills
Writing sample pertaining to a coverage opinion of either 1st or 3rd Party is required
Experience in Insurance Coverage Analysis
Experience in 1st Party Property, CGL and Liability Coverage
Experience in coverage litigation in state and federal court
Understanding of Duty to defense and indemnify
