They are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst who will focus on system configuration and delivery, working hands-on in the system to translate requirements into well-documented configurations and support implementations and integrations of PMIS solutions.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Configure PMIS modules (e.g., cost management, schedule integration, reporting) following client standards and best practices
Document configuration logic and customizations to support maintainability and future enhancements
Support integrations and data migrations through documentation, validation, and testing
Own test cases and QA documentation; identify workflow gaps and edge cases prior to UAT
Work with low-code / no-code configuration tools and structured data formats as applicable
Translate business requirements into clear, structured configuration specifications
Contribute configuration-level insights during solution discussions led by senior team members
Identify configuration risks, constraints, or edge cases and raise them early
Review existing configurations to identify usability or efficiency improvements
Help assess and explain the downstream business impact of configuration and data decisions
Act as a project-level point of contact for configuration-related topics
Prepare for and support client walkthroughs and system demonstrations, explaining configuration choices clearly
Explain how system configurations align with documented business requirements
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other Business Analysts
Support tier-2 / tier-3 issue resolution through configuration-level root-cause analysis
Maintain high-quality configuration, process, and testing documentation
Stay current on PMIS features and implementation best practices
Share learnings, patterns, and improvements with the broader team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in technical systems
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience in client-facing environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting
Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project needs
Preferred
Experience with PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Unifier, or e-Builder
Exposure to integrations, data migration, or reporting / BI tools
Familiarity with structured configuration approaches and exposure to database, SQL, or low-code tools (e.g., Kahua kBuilder)
Experience supporting public sector capital programs or large infrastructure projects
