Responsibilities
Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
Manage configuration and customization, including workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboards, and automation
Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support
Partner with sales and business teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports operational and reporting needs
Troubleshoot issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide best-practice guidance
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders on Salesforce-related projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Experience managing reports, dashboards, workflows, and system configurations
Ability to serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support and guide end users
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
CPQ experience preferred
