National Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the national sales team to meet and exceed commercial targets
Translate market and clinical insight into clear national plans and priorities
Coach first-line sales leaders to strengthen field execution and capability
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Drive performance through regular tracking, analysis, and timely corrective actions
Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of strategy, training, and customer engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Minimum 3 years' experience managing multi-level sales teams or national sales functions
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering commercial results
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and talent development
Eligible to work in the Philippines and willing to travel as required

Preferred

Experience in hospital, specialty or primary care channels within the Philippines
Experience developing and implementing national launch or commercial roll-out plans
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to shape strategy and decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with medical, market access, and supply teams
Advanced degree in business or related field, or professional sales leadership training
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
