Responsibilities
Lead multiple ATLAS projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against milestones, budget, and quality
Provide strategic direction across scoping, planning, and execution
Chair client meetings and Steering Committees, acting as the senior escalation point
Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and results
Line-manage, coach, and develop junior consultants, setting a high bar for delivery excellence
Drive best practice across engagements and contribute to evolving our consulting methodologies
Support business development, shaping new opportunities, extensions, and proposals
Play a key role in shaping the future of the Professional Services practice in the US
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in consulting, Private Equity, or a closely related field
Proven track record leading complex projects or programmes end-to-end
Strong people-management experience, including coaching and performance management
Confidence working with senior client stakeholders, including Steering Committees
Excellent problem-solving and structuring skills — you bring clarity to complexity
Commercial awareness, with experience supporting revenue growth and utilisation targets
Deep subject-matter expertise relevant to Private Markets and data-driven consulting
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and making sound, timely decisions

Project & programme leadership (PRINCE2)
Data visualisation & analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Python notebooks)
Business analysis certifications
Financial qualifications (IMC Levels 1 & 2, CFA)
