Responsibilities
Identify key provisions of sales contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and services contracts
Record, organize, track, and manage all legal contract data based on key provisions
Create reporting functionality for different data types
Update and develop legal data policies and procedures with the team
Prepare analytics or executive summaries regarding contract terms upon request
Qualification
Required
Detail oriented and good with specifics
Solid communication skills both verbal and written
Critical comprehensive reading skills, legal or contract reading experience a plus
Microsoft Office proficient
Strong analytical thinker and problem solver
Ability to be agile in a working environment
Pro-active and results driven
Team oriented
