This role focuses on supporting initiatives managed by the Energy Team, particularly through data entry and process improvement tasks.
Primary/Secondary Education
Responsibilities
Process improvement analysis
Site surveying
Building audits
Audits forms for errors and omissions; requests corrections when necessary
Performs data entry
Review utility meter maps and update inventories
Submit and review events entered into Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Validate utility data entered to the team’s energy and financial reporting platforms
Support review of temperature and occupancy status in rooms during summer shutdown
Support Demand Response activities
School HVAC Zone map updates
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required, current undergraduate at an accredited university
Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; knowledge of MS Office Software
Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy; plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively; communicate effectively; work cooperatively with others; and work under pressure with frequent interruptions
Must possess a valid state vehicle operator's license
Preferred
Experience in data entry, and customer service preferred
