Required

H.S. Diploma or GED
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration
A track record in organizing and planning

Preferred

Coursework/Training and Some college level coursework, particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework
Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
Registrar and third party payor experience
