Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of middle-market, generalist commercial lines accounts
Collaborate exclusively with one producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Saggitta or Vertafore software
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with middle-market accounts
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days
Preferred
Proficiency in Saggitta or Vertafore software is highly preferred
