Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, decorations, and equipment
Welcome guests and conduct registration services, ensuring a smooth check-in process
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests during events
Monitor event schedules and timelines to ensure all activities occur as planned
Assist with the coordination of catering services, including meal setup and ensuring cleanliness during food service
Collaborate with team members to address any issues or emergencies that arise during events
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or event management is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by event schedules
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies as needed for event setups
Preferred
Prior experience in event staffing or customer service preferred
