Client Service Associate
Go Hiya is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support daily customer service operations. The role involves assisting clients, providing information about services, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding company services and procedures
Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate internal departments when necessary
Assist in resolving basic client concerns and ensure proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
