Responsibilities

Design visual content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, including, Animations, static images, Videos and more
Design and implement scalable post-production workflows, utilizing advanced compositing, 2D/3D motion graphics, and sophisticated color grading to deliver high-fidelity content under tight deadlines
Understand and maintain brand consistency across digital assets & projects (Typography, Color Palette and brand voice guidelines)
Conduct strategic audits of premier digital brands to identify engagement drivers among Gen Z and Alpha audiences, translating insights into actionable design frameworks that boosted brand recall and user retention
Creative Brainstorming: Participate in content planning sessions, contributing visual ideas that translate to social, digital and media goals
Monitor social media trends and viral design aesthetics to keep the CP brand’s feed feeling current and native to each platform
Adapt and resize creative assets to fit platform-specific dimensions while maintaining visual hierarchy
Social Series Template Development: Build and maintain a library of reusable templates in Canva or Adobe to streamline social posts

Required

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with digital design tools
Understanding of core design principles (typography, color, layout)
Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback
Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and their specific visual/technical best practices
A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and produce 'scroll-stopping' visual concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively develop content and collaborate with team members
Proven time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work across the team
Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
Passion for Digital Trends: A deep interest in social media and a curiosity about the evolving digital landscape
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree as a rising Junior or Senior with a GPA of 2.8 or higher

Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from our New York, NY office
Major in graphic design, animation, production, UX design, media design / management or a related field
