Define US marketing strategy, audience segmentation, positioning, and annual operating plan aligned to revenue targets
Own brand narrative and message architecture; lead editorial calendar showcasing outcomes and risk mitigation
Drive tier-1 event strategy and influencer engagement to maximize executive presence
Build full-funnel programs; optimize conversion paths and marketing automation
Secure briefings and coverage; manage awards and rankings
Own end-to-end event operations and integrated pre/post-event campaigns
Deliver playbooks, competitive intel, and joint marketing initiatives
Build and coach team; manage agencies and enforce ROI accountability
Ensure regulatory-appropriate messaging and privacy compliance in all marketing interactions
Qualification
Required
12–15+ years in B2B online and offline marketing with minimum 5+ years of leading US focused marketing teams for financial services/fintech or banking technology companies
Demonstrated success scaling brand awareness and event participation that converts into executive meetings and pipeline
Considerable familiarity with US banking associations, conferences, and media/analyst landscape, with significant industry connects that can influence branding objectives
Expertise in demand gen and marketing operations on platforms such as Zoho, hubspot and the like
Exceptional storytelling, high creativity, executive presence, and stakeholder management
Bachelor's in marketing/communications/business
