Managing and maintaining accurate appointment calendars

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a proactive and organized manner
High school diploma or equivalent
Commitment to fostering professional relationships with clients and team
Preferred
Neural English accent preferred
Experience in using calendaring and CRM software is a plus
