Prepare patients for EMG and NCS procedures, explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort
Operate and maintain EMG equipment and related diagnostic instruments
Accurately perform nerve conduction studies and assist physicians during EMG examinations
Record, monitor, and analyze test results for physician interpretation
Ensure patient safety and adherence to proper protocols during procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Sterilize and care for instruments and equipment as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 Years of Experience
EMG certification
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neuromuscular disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care
Preferred
Associate's degree in healthcare or related field
