Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities
Own pipeline generation and marketing-sourced revenue across mid-market and enterprise segments
Build and scale predictable demand generation engines, including inbound, outbound, partner, and ABM motions
Establish clear performance metrics across funnel stages (MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, ROI) and drive continuous optimization
Lead product marketing to clearly articulate IXOPAY’s differentiated value across orchestration, tokenization, compliance, and emerging AI-driven capabilities
Own messaging, positioning, packaging, pricing support, and go-to-market readiness for new products and launches
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to enable effective selling and competitive differentiation
Strengthen IXOPAY’s brand presence with enterprise buyers, partners, and the broader payments ecosystem
Own thought leadership, content strategy, events, analyst relations, PR, and executive communications
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while elevating credibility with large merchants, PSPs, and financial institutions
Lead and develop high-performing teams across demand generation, product marketing, content, communications, and related marketing functions
Build scalable processes, operating cadence, and talent bench aligned with company growth goals
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with direct payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure experience required
Proven track record of driving material revenue growth and pipeline impact in scaling companies
Deep expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and enterprise go-to-market motions
Strong leadership experience managing and scaling global marketing teams
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders
Preferred
Experience marketing platforms or infrastructure products (payments orchestration, APIs, tokenization, compliance, fraud, or adjacent domains)
Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments
Familiarity with global markets (US and Europe) and partner-led growth models
