Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain research and operational records in electronic systems (databases, spreadsheets, LIMS/CRM as required)
Perform routine data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring 99%+ data accuracy
Process electronic forms, invoices, and lab intake documents using OCR and manual review workflows
Follow standard operating procedures and data-entry checklists to support regulatory and audit readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify data requirements, escalate anomalies, and improve data-entry processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: suggest template, macro, or workflow enhancements to reduce error rates and cycle time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of professional data-entry or administrative experience
US work authorization
Demonstrated typing speed (preferred 50+ WPM)
History of meeting accuracy targets
