Responsibilities

Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in expanding U.S. security cooperation objectives
Review all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases within respective country portfolios for accuracy, appropriateness of sale, level of disclosure, and long-term supportability
Coordinate with the DoD, Joint Staff, Geographic Combatant Commands, service components and organizations, and the interagency, as required, on all aspects of the FMS program within assigned portfolios of countries

Required

Experience with FMS case management support
Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in security cooperation (SC) and security assistance (SA), or 10+ years of experience in SC and SA in lieu of a degree

Preferred

Experience supporting a military department or service headquarters organization
Knowledge of defense acquisition systems
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
Defense Institute for Security Cooperation Studies (DISCS), Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Training Certification
