Responsibilities
Lead customer implementations from initial kickoff through full production and ongoing operations
Design and enforce security policies tailored to customer environments, use cases, and risk tolerance
Collaborate with customer IT, security, and network teams to gather requirements and build deployment strategies
Diagnose deployment challenges and partner with Red Access Support and R&D to drive resolution
Advise customer administrators on best practices, configurations, and operational readiness
Capture and maintain implementation documentation, including configurations and key learnings, to support scale and consistency
Share customer and deployment insights with Product and Engineering to strengthen tools, documentation, and overall experience
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Technical Professional Services, Implementation, Solution Engineering
Background in cybersecurity domains (e.g., firewalls, secure web gateways, proxies, endpoint security, identity)
Solid grasp of deploying security products in enterprise environments
A strong understanding of network architectures, traffic flows, and security policy design
Troubleshooting skills and ability to operate under pressure during customer golives
Outstanding communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage customer relations with ease and confidence
Experience with SASE/SSE architectures, browser security, DLP, CASB, or SaaS security
Experience with enterprise deployment tooling such as MDM, Intune, GPO, JAMF, etc
Customer-facing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
Ability to lead discussion with enterprise stakeholders
