Responsibilities
Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving routine technical issues
Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical users to gather clear problem details and an understanding of the issue
Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Assist with deploying the Zyter|TruCare product suite for testing customer issues, demonstrations, or training environments
Participate in testing of new software functionality prior to release
In collaboration with Account Management, guide customers in the optimal use of existing and upcoming TruCare features
Offer expertise to help customers understand best practices and deployment strategies
Provide detailed feedback to the Product Development team on planned features and real-world customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant technical and customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Basic understanding of API and web service concepts (JSON, XML)
Familiarity with Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments
Knowledge of SQL Server technologies, such as backups, and query troubleshooting
Understanding of enterprise network concepts including SSL/TLS, LDAP, and Single Sign On
Understanding of system topologies and n-tier web application architectures
Ability to learn and work with large and complex domain models
Preferred
Hands on experience working within AWS cloud environments
Experience with enterprise application integration platforms such as Mirth Connect, Informatica, Microsoft BizTalk, Tibco, IBI iWay, Talend, or similar tools
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industry workflows, terminology, or regulatory considerations
