Channel Manager - U.S
ULTRA RED is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). They are seeking a Channel Manager to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem in the U.S. market, focusing on developing a comprehensive channel strategy and managing partner relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. channel strategy to grow partner-driven revenue
Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, including:
Value Added Resellers (VARs)
MSSPs
Strategic and technology partners
Own and manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
Build joint business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, pipeline goals, and enablement milestones
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure:
Alignment on partner strategy
Effective enablement programs
Joint go-to-market initiatives
Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline development, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business development
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth
Deep understanding of the U.S. cybersecurity channel landscape, including VARs, MSSPs, and distributors
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
experience in cybersecurity – strong advantage
