Client engagement Manager, US-NY
Winnin Intelligence is an AI-powered platform that maps culture and human behavior by consolidating data from social video platforms. The Client Engagement Manager will own the strategic health and long-term success of US enterprise clients, driving product adoption and facilitating executive touchpoints to ensure value delivery across client organizations.
Responsibilities
Drive Product Adoption & Enablement: Design adoption strategies that educate client teams on how to best use Winnin’s platform, insights, and methodologies across functions and regions
Manage Product Readiness: prioritize the definition of ontologies and taxonomies that will best serve our clients’ needs. Articulate with the proper teams the correct implementation of those
Scale Client Education: Develop repeatable frameworks, narratives, and materials that help clients deeply understand Winnin’s value, use cases, and differentiation — beyond individual accounts
Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a central source of truth on how US clients are using Winnin, feeding learnings back into Sales, Marketing, and Insights teams to improve consistency and impact
Product Feedback Loop: Partner closely with Product and Data teams to translate structured client feedback, usage patterns, and unmet needs into clear product insights and prioritization inputs
Facilitate Executive Touchpoints: Support AMs in developing and planning monthly strategic check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior client stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, outcomes, and roadmap
Renewal Readiness & Risk Management: Ensure accounts are healthy and well-positioned ahead of renewals by proactively addressing adoption gaps, stakeholder alignment, and value articulation (in partnership with Sales)
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with other team leaders to align client expectations, delivery, and roadmap communication
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Engagement, Account Strategy, or Consulting roles within B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or insights/data platforms
Experience working with US enterprise clients and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities to client business objectives
Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and QBRs with senior marketing, insights, and innovation leaders
Experience driving product adoption through enablement, education, and structured engagement — not just reactive support
Comfort operating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Clear communicator and strong storyteller, able to simplify complex products and insights
Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
