Qualification
Required
6 - 8 years of patent litigation experience
Background in Electrical Engineering (EE), Software, and/or Pharmaceutical sciences
Experience with all aspects of patent litigation, including managing written discovery, brief writing, substantial deposition experience, and ideally some trial experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
Self-motivated and flexible
Admitted in New York
