Responsibilities
Conduct business and systems analysis, document business requirements, and make solution recommendations
Interact with business stakeholders to understand processes, functions, and requirements enabled by IT
Act as a liaison between the business and IT Services
Translate and simplify requirements for implementation
Verify that implemented solutions meet requirements
Identify the need for change and assess its impact
Interpret business and user requirements into functional specifications
Solicit client requirements using various analysis techniques
Write clear and concise requirements ensuring completeness and verifiability
Support project managers in meeting key deliverables and providing alternative solutions
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements
Interpret business challenges, identify trends, and recommend best practices
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in business analysis or systems analysis
Strong expertise working in insurance or annuity domain
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience working with project managers and development teams
Knowledge of business processes and IT systems
