Responsibilities
Sorting, and date stamping and scanning claims and mail daily
Locates and removes materials from file when requested
Responsible for all paper documents that are received in the Claims Department
Completes medical records requests within one day of receipt
Completes provider documentation scanning in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Self starter
Proficient in using computers and computer systems
