Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, campus visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate teams
Monitor the front desk and waiting area to ensure visitors are welcomed and supported promptly
Support Admissions and campus teams with administrative projects and correspondence
Administer admissions testing for prospective students (TEAS and/or Wonderlic)
Maintain confidentiality of current and prospective student information
Process tuition, fee, and miscellaneous payments as needed
Provide support for campus events such as orientations, graduations, and special programs
Assist with meeting setup and light facilities coordination as needed
Perform daily walk-throughs to report maintenance or cleaning needs
Support general clerical and office tasks as assigned
Occasional early mornings, evenings or Saturday hours may be required
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma (required)
2–3 years of administrative or customer service experience (academic setting preferred)
Comfort working with Outlook email and calendars (Campus Nexus experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
An Associate's Degree (preferred)
