Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Manage guest reservations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or guest relations roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Degree in hospitality or related field
