Responsibilities
Drive the visual and structural design of fragrance products and packaging from concept through launch
Develop and present a range of creative directions, refining concepts based on cross-functional input
Convert brand narratives and creative themes into refined, production-ready design outcomes
Lead material discovery and supplier engagement, partnering with manufacturers to evaluate options and capabilities
Ensure all designs are feasible for manufacturing, commercially viable, and delivered on schedule
Guide sample development, mockups, and iterative improvements through final approval
Create and maintain detailed design files, specifications, and production guidelines
Monitor emerging trends, innovative materials, and sustainability standards to inform future design decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial, Product Design, or a related discipline
At least five years of experience designing physical products or packaging, with hands-on project ownership
Portfolio showcasing ideation, execution, and cohesive brand expression
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design software, and technical documentation tools
Background working directly with suppliers and production partners in consumer goods, beauty, or fragrance
Proven ability to manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and communicate design intent clearly
Detail-driven, highly collaborative, and motivated to push creative and material innovation
