Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, engineering schematics, and process models for all major industrial systems
Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology, and statistical process control to minimize waste and increase operational efficiency
Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and create data-driven strategies for process improvement
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to optimize resource use, time, and production quality
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and external partners to implement process changes
Ensure that processes align with organizational standards and comply with industry regulations and customer requirements
Manage the timeline, budget, and execution of projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process designs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports
Provide detailed technical reports to senior management, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations
Ensure proper documentation for all regulatory and quality standards, including ISO, OSHA, and other applicable standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process modifications or new implementations
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, performing hazard and risk assessments as necessary
Facilitate training on new or updated processes to ensure team adherence to safety protocols
Act as the primary point of contact for clients concerning process development and improvement initiatives
Offer expert guidance to clients, interpreting complex technical information and aligning project outcomes with their business goals
Provide ongoing process consultation and post-implementation support to ensure sustained process performance

Required

Process Design, Process Engineering, and Chemical Engineering skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in process control and optimization

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
