Responsibilities
Making and answering phone calls, including conducting phone interviews
Posting job ads and reviewing applicants
Recruiting and onboarding new team members
Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and updating documents
Doing laundry (in office) and occasional shopping trips to keep our kitchen stocked
Managing and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintaining employee attendance and timekeeping records to support payroll
Filling in for light daytime cleaning as needed during office hours
Assisting with creating and updating forms in Lighthouse app
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable speaking on the phone and conducting phone interviews
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Google Docs, data entry)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional errands and off-site duties
Strong attendance and dependability
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willing and able to perform light cleaning and laundry tasks
