MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Control Specialist III to join our team. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provides continuously monitor network performance, traffic, and security using tools like Solarwinds, Cisco, and Juniper to identify and address bottlenecks or outages
Identify, isolate, and fix network failures, including LAN/WAN, analog/digital circuits, and data voice equipment
Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware (routers, switches, cabling) and software
Schedule and perform routine maintenance, including software patches, firmware updates, and hardware repairs to minimize downtime
Maintain detailed logs of network issues, changes, and configurations, and report status to management or clients
Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve complex, high-level issues
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

Required

Bachelor's degree (4 years of experience can be substituted for a degree)
Nine (9) Years of information technology experience
Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS

Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred
Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE
