Sponsorship Committee: Online Coordinator

Digital Collegium is seeking an Online Coordinator for their Sponsorship Committee to manage sponsorship-related content and communications for their website. The role involves updating web content, building sponsor booths, and assisting sponsors during the conference, while also providing post-event data and reports.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Update sponsor-related web content as needed throughout the year
Build out sponsor online booths
Review sponsor digital assets for accessibility standards
Develop content for static conference web pages relating to sponsorship, including identifying image assets for inclusion
Assist with sponsor asset management (inc. logos, contractual communications on sponsor behalf, etc.)
Regularly attend meetings of the Sponsorship Committee
Monitor sponsor shared inbox
Use the preferred methods and tools of project management (ex. ClickUp, Google Docs) to communicate, manage work, and stay on-task and on-deadline
Promote the conference through personal social media and professional networks
Assist sponsors with online booths and manage online content needs
Monitor and field sponsor questions in the conference platform chat and sponsor email
Provide post-event data and build reports for sponsors

Required

Proficiency with HTML and digital accessibility guidelines
Ability to learn technical systems and processes

Membership in Digital Collegium, which can be fulfilled at application. (Free general membership for higher education professionals would meet this requirement.)
Familiarity with Digital Collegium
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Strong communication skills with teammates and colleagues

Preferred

Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
Past volunteer experience
Past experience with sales and/or customer service
Ability to work with project management/team communication platforms such as Slack, Clickup, etc
Google Drive proficiency
