The intern will focus on strengthening the Lottery’s responsible gaming, security, and compliance framework by reviewing controls, policies, and escalated account activity to identify gaps, risks, and anomalies.

Responsibilities
Review internal controls for responsible gaming, security, and compliance
Assist with internal responsible gaming gap analysis and generation of an RG roadmap
Assist with review of escalated accounts to identify fraud and anomalies
Review existing iLottery policies for gaps, suggest updates
In collaboration with Lottery and Vendor, review RG exclusion numbers to create reporting mechanism for management review
Review impact of increased security measures and areas of opportunity to communicate better to reduce friction
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old in your third or fourth year of undergraduate study
Must be able to work part-time (max 37 hrs/week), on-site internship in Bedford, New Hampshire
Currently enrolled in a New Hampshire University or Technical College with coursework relevant to one of the available internship roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth
Engage in cross-functional projects and present findings to leadership
Attend skill-building sessions, executive networking events, and industry functions
Preferred
Interest in the gaming industry is preferred but not required
