Responsibilities
Develop and refine advanced valuation analyses including DCF with full WACC builds, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses
Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts
Design and evaluate deal models such as LBOs, base merger models, and accretion dilution analyses
Construct industry-specific models including sale leasebacks, REIT conversions, and NAV frameworks
Lead bespoke transaction modeling for complex scenarios including RMTs, spin-offs, carve-outs, and IP licensing structures
Conduct advanced due diligence with deep dives into vertical-specific unit economics and cohort trend analysis
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through concise written reports and verbal presentations
Qualification
Required
Strong progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, corporate development, or strategic finance at tier-one institutions
Deep expertise in valuation methodologies and advanced financial modeling
Strong hands-on experience with deal modeling and industry-specific financial models
Proven ability to execute complex, bespoke transaction analyses and due diligence
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
