Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers
Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention
Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in door-to-door sales or community outreach activities
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong communication skills to present service benefits and address customer inquiries
Experience in customer follow-up interactions to support satisfaction and retention
