They are seeking an experienced property casualty litigator to assist with their growing practice, managing cases in state and federal courts and mentoring staff.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Assist with the property casualty practice
Manage cases in state and federal courts
Supervise/mentor staff
Manage discovery
Take/defend depositions
Write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision
Prepare for trial
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required
Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
Supervising/mentoring staff
Managing discovery
Taking/defending depositions
Writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
Preparing for trial
Must be admitted to practice in the State of Texas
Preferred
Preference for attorneys based in Houston
Additional states not required, but a major bonus
